An Assembly Supervisor supervises workers who use hand tools, jigs, and various equipment at stations to assemble small, large, or precision subassemblies or finished products; Studies schedules and estimates time, cost, and labor estimates for products, services, and/or completion of job assignments; Requisitions material required to meet production goals; Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to employees and assigns duties; Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
