Build your future investments by participating in the Randstad Finance 401(k) plan. Details of the plan are provided to candidates upon qualification.
Randstad Finance and Accounting offers a time-saving, direct deposit benefit to all employees. You may choose to have your paycheck deposited directly into your checking account on payday. To initiate your participation in the direct deposit program, simply complete a direct deposit authorization form and submit it to your local Randstad Finance and Accounting branch. Initial startup takes two pay cycles, but once you have enrolled, your account will stay active, even between assignments.
You are eligible for enrollment in a flexible spending account after working four weeks of service at an average of 35 hours per week.

Healthcare Spending Accounts can help you cover a variety of expenses with pretax dollars that may not be fully reimbursed by healthcare plans, such as medical and dental deductibles, expenses in excess of medical or dental plan limits, co-payments and over-the-counter medicines.

Dependent Care Spending Accounts reimburse you with pretax dollars for daycare expenses of qualifying dependents. You may contribute up to $5,000 a year or $2,500 a year if you are married and file separate tax returns.

Commuter Benefits Accounts allow you to pay for qualified commuting expenses (bus, light rail, streetcars, subways, vanpool, parking at work or near public transportation for your commute) without paying taxes on the money expended.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance benefits are provided automatically and at no cost on the first of the month following four weeks of service that include working an average of 35 hours each week based on the following:

  • Standard Life Insurance Benefit: $25,000
  • Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Benefit: An additional $25,000

Randstad Finance and Accounting provides medical, dental and vision insurance coverage. You have a number of plans to choose from, and all premiums will be deducted from your paycheck on a pretax basis. You are eligible for enrollment on the first day of the month following four weeks of service that include working an average of 35 hours per week.
If you refer a new candidate to Randstad Finance and Accounting who is placed on a direct hire or project basis, you are eligible to receive a referral bonus of $200. To qualify for the bonus, the individual you refer must complete 100 days in a direct hire position or 160 hours on project assignments within a 90-day period, commencing with the date of the first assignment. All referred candidates must work with, or be placed by, Randstad Finance and Accounting within the first year.
