	2011 Randstad Finance and Accounting is introduced to the marketplace and is the result of Accountants International formally assimilating into the Randstad family of companies as part of Randstad US, Professionals.
	2009 Accountants International, a Randstad company, was formed by uniting three industry leaders in the area of accounting and finance staffing: Accountants Inc., AccountPros and Acsys, Inc.
	2008 Randstad acquires Vedior, becoming the second largest HR services provider in the world.
	2002 Accountants Inc. and Acsys, Inc. begin to operate under the same Vedior umbrella but retain their distinct company names.
	2000 Accountants Inc. acquires Acsys, Inc.
	1999 Select Appointments (Holdings) Limited merges with Vedior, one of the world’s largest recruiting companies. Vedior came with an extensive diverse portfolio of recruiting services.
	1997 Acsys, Inc. is formed by merging seven specialty accounting and finance staffing companies under one brand name.
	1993 Select Appointments (Holdings) Limited acquires Accountants Inc. and AccountPros. The two companies continued to operate under their separate names until 2009, when they merged with Acsys, Inc. to become Accountants International.
	1988 AccountPros founded in Boston, MA to provide executive search and contract solutions for accounting and finance professionals.
	1986 Accountants Inc. opens its first office in San Francisco, CA. The brand quickly expanded in cluster markets throughout California within the same year. The brand has always focused exclusively on financial talent.
