There are many management level career paths available to existing Randstad Finance and Accounting employees, as well as individuals from outside of the company. Duties range from responsibility for one of the three distinct service lines to total management of a Randstad Finance and Accounting branch to total responsibility for an area or region. Ideal candidates have prior experience with staff management, operations, sales, budget management, business development and industry awareness.

Responsible for filling the needs of clients and candidates, a recruiter works with the team to recruit, qualify and interview candidates for permanent/direct hire positions at client companies. While a finance and accounting background is helpful, a sales-driven attitude and team-oriented approach coupled with the desire to meet the needs of clients and candidates are essential.
project recruiter
Responsible for filling the needs of clients and candidates, a project recruiter works with the team to recruit, qualify and interview candidates for project based positions at client companies. business development consultant
Business development consultants are primarily responsible for business development with both existing and new client companies. Business development consultants spend the majority of their time in the field, working closely with existing and prospective clients and candidates, ensuring that all needs are met and strong relationships are established. The ideal candidate for this role is a high-energy team player with outside sales experience.
office administrator
The office administrator is responsible for the administrative support of the branch team. The ideal candidate has prior administrative experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle high call volumes and perform data entry. Additionally, this person must enjoy working with people and have a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
